Dedicated Call Centre

The BIC also operates a call centre that handles queries about commercial registration and all services provided at the BIC in addition to the following services:

 Assistance regarding e-services including how to renew the commercial registration online

 Fax/email service of various forms & documents the callers may require

 Web page assistance , transfer of phone calls to relevant officials, message keeping  Feedback to customers on status of application

 Interactive Voice Response services after working hours
