Any foreign company documents, such as the memorandum or articles of association, foreign power of attorney or authorisation, foreign minutes of meetings or board of directors’ resolution, must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the company’s home country. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce co-ordinates the authentication process.
