  1. ​​Implementing laws and legislations that protect consumers’ rights.
  2. Implementing policies that promote consumer protection according to consumer protection laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  3. Combatting commercial fraud according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  4. Conducting field surveys in the markets and conducting inspections across the kingdom’s commercial sector to ensure compliance with regulations. Convicting violators of these regulations, where required.
  5. Receiving and responding to consumer complaints.
  6. Holding awareness sessions over a variety of media channels for both consumers and the private sector, explaining their rights and obligations as detailed in the consumer protection laws.​
