2.       Amendments to Commercial Registrations (e.g., CR Renewal, Addition and Cancellation of Activities, Change of Business Location, etc.).
3.       Provision of Services against Payment of Prescribed Charges.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the “MOIC” Website, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to the Courts of Bahrain or if amicably agreed upon by the parties to be resolved under Institutional Arbitration at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre (Bahrain).
